DIFFERENT SMOOTHIE EVERYDAY
I de siste ukene har familien minst hatt 1 smoothie til dagen. Jeg tilfører drikken forskjellige ingredienser hver gang, men om det skal være et måltid tilsetter jeg fett og protetiner som sitter lenger i magen. Ting jeg kan putte oppi smootie er havregryn, kokosfett, ingefær, lime, spinatblader, kesam, cottage cheese, frø, avocado og nøtter. Her er det kun kreativiteten som avgjør! Ungene elsker smoothie, og jeg bruker alltid sugerør. Ekstra stas å drikke!
Jeg har et spennende møte på fredag, som jeg gleder meg til å skrive om her på bloggen. Det er en ny klinikk i Stavanger som har fantastiske tilbudd til sinn og kropp. Me love.
